Since 1992 it has been our intention to create a special environment where individuals could receive a gift of knowledge they can use in every area of life for their entire life.

The Martial Arts Center for Health is a family owned business and we encourage a family friendly atmosphere. We treat our students the same way our own family members would be: that is with respect, care, dignity and trust.

We are located in Altamonte Springs, but convenient to most of Central Florida including Longwood, Apopka, Winter Park, Maitland, Lake Mary and Orlando. The Martial Arts Center for Health is dedicated to serving others, sharing knowledge, and providing a safe learning environment for all ages regardless of skill level.

The benefits and personal development from our training are unmatched in conventional exercise. This is one of the reasons we excel with students who have worked out with weights, run, biked, used exercise equipment, swam, cross-trained in multiple sports and so on. These individuals know what they received from these types of exercise, but they begin to feel all sorts of things they have never experienced after training at the Center.
